Recent Graduates of The University of the West Indies

UWI graduates are required to submit the following for Provisional registration:

• Letter of Completion of the Medical Degree (from the Dean of UWI)

• Copy and Original of some form of Photo I.D. (ie. Electoral Identification Card, Passport, Driver's License)

Please be advised that the above notice is applicable to November/June graduates of UWI, Faculty of Medicine.

Kindly submit the above items between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
